This has been incredible since they added the pronunciation of the words!
This is why I usually don’t by apps that don’t have a trial app that’s for free...
…but unfortunately, since there aren’t many apps to learn French articles (and 0 that are any good), I felt obliged to try it. I’m giving a harsh 1 star rating, since this app just fails completely at what it’s supposed to do: help you eliminate wrong article use. The app just shows you words and lets you chose the right answer. The problem here is that when you give the wrong answer, it just goes on to the next noun without giving you any time to at least write it down or take a screenshot. There’s no means to revise the articles you didn’t use correctly either, or at least look up the mistakes you made. And of course, no spaced repetition. Anyway, basically what you’re doing is looking at words (most of which, if you know a bit of french, you already know) with no way of eliminating the ones you already know, so you’re just wasting your time looking at words you already know over and over again instead of concentrating on the ones you don’t. Considering the limited functionality, this should be a free app. Anyway, I stopped using it after 5 minutes since I’m just revising stuff I know… P.S.: The “Le la” app is also not very good, but at least at the end of every game you revise the words where you made errors, so at least it’s a bit more useful even if it still can’t look up words you didn’t get and revise them (it’s only at the end of the game, afterwards no way to find them). And it’s free… Anyway, can’t anyone make a good French Article app?!? I’m willing to pay 5 or even 10 bucks if it has spaced repetition!
Disappointed
This app does not work!
Scam
The application is a scum. When I touch "Play" button, it showes me the first word with the choice of two articles (also supposed to be buttons). But neither of the buttons are working. I would like to get a refund back
